A: We assess each property individually. As a guide, we typically offer 85% of current open-market rent. We

carry out a free, no-obligation assessment and make you a written offer.

Q: Who are the tenants in my property?

A: We rent rooms or the whole property to working professionals, key workers, sharers, persons in care or care leavers,

depending on the property.

Q: What if the property needs a major repair (boiler, roof, etc.)?

A: Major structural repairs, boiler replacements, and external works remain the landlord's responsibility, as with any

tenancy. Day-to-day maintenance

and internal repairs up to the agreed annual cap are covered by us.

Q: Is there a contract I can see before committing?

A: Yes. We will provide a full draft lease for your review before any commitment is made. There is no obligation at any

stage until you are happy to sign.
